Darbo aprašymas:

As an Assistant Manager you will:

  • assist the office manager in fulfilling main responsibilities;
  • check and control the functioning of the office in accordance to the company's requirements and policy;
  • carry out the activities needed for efficiency enhancement of the office's functioning and for business development in the specified region.
 

Reikalavimai kandidatui:

Skills and knowledge required:

  • management experience should not be less than 2 years (preference for those who have management experience in sales);
  • understanding the mentality and regional peculiarities of the residents of the specified region;
  • good Lithuanian and English or Russian skills;
  • opportunity to go on business trips;
  • discipline and being result-oriented;
  • ability to work independently and take decisions;
  • striving for self-development and participation in the company's development and promotion.
